The frame I kept from Camara de Lobos, Madeira
A second sample, shorter.
Went to see the little bay in Madeira where Churchill used to sit and paint. The postcard side was all sun: palms, cafe tables, a white church tower. The working quay was empty under a gray sky, mooring bollards and flags and nobody around. That's the frame I kept. It doesn't ask anything of you.
