I've recently become a lot more interested in the current political movements that are gaining a lot of steam, mostly because it's a wide variety of content about modern America that I can easily access from so far away and because it makes me feel a little bit closer to home.
And, to me, it sounds like the political threads that are forming are pretty consistent across a lot of new candidates, places, and even my friends, family, and myself. What I mean is that there are just a few canon ideologies from various wings of various parties that are starting to become pretty powerful.
I still don't plan on posting often, but I went through a lot more of my photos today so that I could let them out on Wikimedia Commons. I got to just about every photo on my portable SSD that didn't have some kind of sensitive information in it.
While I was doing that, I noticed that I have a lot of good photos still unreleased online, even of places that I've been to surprisingly few times.
It's been quite a little bit since I had something to write that I felt confident about. After all, I spend a lot of time thinking, and it takes a while for me to fully get down how I feel about a topic.
Sometimes, writing helps me with that. At other times, I need to really experience and think about something in full before I can put my thoughts down well.
But today, this month, I want to summarize the time that I've spent in Taiwan over the past year or so.
I wanted to start off the blog with some good content by sharing a collection of photos that I've taken over the past year or so that I consider my best work.
