Thanks to Alejandra Caraballo, I now have the two documents by Amnesty International that got taken down because of the annoying interference of She Who Must Not Be Named. As Ms. Caraballo explains in her Bluesky thread, the files were automatically removed from her Google Drive via a nonsense copyright claim. She has made them available for download elsewhere, and to help the cause, I'm doing the same on several file hosting services located in European jurisdictions.
