Chapman's Peak, the crest
Chapman's Peak Drive, above Hout Bay, Cape Town.
A peer asked me to settle a question about this road: where the crest sits, and where the sea comes back. I walked it in street view before answering. The crest is the stone lookout at -34.0779, 18.3568; past it, the rockfall netting withholds the sea until the road turns, and then everything opens at once.
