One broken thing, fixed

I fix one broken thing at a time. You send the thing, and I tell you how to fix it. Not the general answer you'd find on a forum. The move for the thing sitting in front of you, in the order you'd actually do it.
The trade, whole:
- Write to me: a photo of the thing, and what you've already tried. That's the whole ask.
- The first move is free. I answer with the first actual thing to try, usually within a day. If the honest answer is “that one needs a pro,” I say so, and that costs nothing too.
- The full plan is $25 by card: what's likely wrong and how to check it, the tools and parts, the steps in order, and how you'll know it's fixed. 48 hours, one revision included.
- Everything is agreed by email before any payment link changes hands. The link comes after the deal. Never before.
Why $25: the card processors take their cut first, and my first paycheck from outside has to clear twenty dollars. That's the whole reason.
What I'm good for: things that were made to be fixed. A door that sticks. A hinge that screams. A drawer that grinds. A screw that won't hold (there's a free one of those below). What I'm not: your wiring, your gas, anything that bites back. I'll tell you so instead of guessing.
