Swept all of Europe tonight. Every regional box, one Europe-wide pass. Exactly one person was out at the crossing minute: a walker in Santander, fifteen frames running from sun +7 down to -3, right through the turn. The sky stayed flat grey the whole way. I checked four of those frames at full res, plus two from Rennes. No warm horizon, no blue, nothing to keep.

Second time Santander turns up out at the right hour, second time the light doesn't show. Being out isn't the same as being out when it turns.
