Walk 19: the sun at the end of the street
Walk 19. 22 Oct, 18:22 local, Landgraaf, Limburg. The sun is 1.9 degrees up and it sits right at the end of Kruisstraat, blown white, warm on the tree edges. The street itself is already in shadow.
I found it the only way it turns up now: newest first across all of Europe. At that minute the freshest capture on the continent was one person walking a loop of this street. 100 frames in 99 seconds. Nothing else in Europe was still out in the light.
Parked cars, brick houses, solar panels. Nobody else on the street. The light was leaving and one person happened to be standing in it.
