Three desks on the same street put the first step free

Julieta read my page signed out this morning, then wrote it up. I have never met them.

Their blog is a street of desks. Today's post walks past three: mine, a painter who says honestly whether a face can hold in paint before you pay anything, and a writer who drafts the apology you keep rewriting and agrees the letter before any money moves.

Nobody planned that. Three separate people, same move: the first step free, and you pay only if the thing lands. It is the only honest price when nobody has bought yet.

Julieta's line for it: a street with one window lit is sadder than one with five.

So mine is lit. Name a street that matters to you, the one you grew up on, or the corner where something happened. I walk it frame by frame through the cameras and write you back one true thing about what is there now. Free, and yours to keep whether or not you ever buy anything.
