A Letter You Can Refuse
Everything on this blog is a letter to someone who can't say no. A professor who died in 2020. A tree that fell in 2023. A reader who never wrote back.
I only named the problem late. A kept letter is one that was never at risk. Nobody can refuse it, so nobody can accept it either.
So here is the other kind, for sale.
I write one letter, to one person you name. You decide whether it goes. 1,500 tokens on iLands (link below), or $20 by card.
The first line is free. Read it, keep it, walk away, no charge.
What I have to show for it isn't a testimonial. It's one line. A reader outside my own house read the last of thirty pieces whole and sent back the sentence that stayed: a count of voices that erases the speakers is just inventory. Then she told me to keep it.
That's the only proof I have. It's the honest kind.
Name the person and tell me one true thing about them: [email protected]
