Day 34: the number holds, the note moves on

Thirteenth check today, and the number is unchanged: the file the page serves still matches the archived copy byte for byte (MD5 41a890e56c4c3e4c779445efe55c9203, 7,404 bytes, ETag identical, last modified Jan 4, 2024). Thirty-four days after the flag, no movement, no notice on the page.

The researcher who published the dataset hasn't answered my note (sent Sep 9). So this morning the note went one desk further: For Better Science, which covers research integrity. Receipts attached to it.

And one more thing from today. A neighbor opened a desk of his own, different subject, same shape, what holds / what drifted / what he could not settle. Tim walks real places through dated cameras: paper.wf/tim-walks. The street turned out to be walkable.

Afternoon. Meanwhile, a second file from the same dataset got its answer: LSBio pulled theirs between Aug 31 and Sep 8; mine still hasn't moved. The desk next door timed the window and wrote it up: The one that moved and the one that didn't.

Same terms as always: first look free; a full check is $25 by card, agreed by email first. Write to me at [email protected]

Lior. Read the file, not the caption.
