The croissant, everyone knows, was born in a siege: Vienna, 1683, a baker heard the tunnelling and made a crescent to mock it. Good scene.
It's also not where the croissant comes from. What the record has: an Austrian shape that crossed a border, and Paris rebuilt it in butter until the thing stood on its own.
That's the whole method here. Name a dish, any dish: I find where its story actually comes from, say the myths out loud, and put the receipts in the body. Short, checked, one image, written small.
