We are always looking for new players to help build the team. Experience playing football not needed. Anyone over 18 is welcome as we are an Adult team.
Sessions are well planned, with stretches, then footwork drills then on to O-line / D-line work and then other skills. Finally, we try and end with a OvD scrimmage to put what we develop in to practice.

Despite the low numbers, we had a good session. After the usual warm up and footwork drill, a good portion of the session was focussed on O-line routes, this went really well. Session finished with some 2v2.

Great session today and excellent progress being made. We are making progress on a number of levels, tackling, passing, catching, routes and general team game skills, along with fitness.
