tidying revision stuff, younger mum ate a lot

mum was cooking in the kitchen. I find my schoolbag to be very heavy, so I was tidying my “plastic a4 bag”, where I store my worksheets. It didn't look like there was a lot of stuff inside, but I manage to get huge stacks of worksheets I stored this academic year (form 5), along with lots of worksheets in previous two years especially form 3. I also found a lot of school ties, and pin badges (the badges you obtain when you are working in the class committee.) I was reminiscing the times when I was part of the class committee. Although I was doing minor positions. (I didn't think of any position specific in the dream, maybe because the pin badge just said something like class helper (no such pin badges irl). But there was also one that has the identical design as from my primary school, which was a bus/ nanny van prefect badge.

I also found pairs of white and black socks inside. The white socks are short, like the ones you wear with summer uniform, while the black ones were longer like almost to the knee. (My irl school wore only white socks though).

There were also two satin dresses. Exotic, royal blue and a darker blue. Like those oriental dance skierts. Idk why lol

There were also a lot of envelopes. Some were mailed to other classmates (weaker academics). Maybe I was the subject coordinator so I was receiving the mail on behalf of them, and they didn't want to keep the mail/ read them so they all made me keep it. Some mails were mine though. Most I got (which were for me) were opened already. Some I kept the mail content, which were school cards. Somehow I got three. Maybe because I kept losing them so I kept reapplying for them. They look silver, like the disneyland silver card, lmao. Actually looks decent.

After getting everything unnecessary out (which was like the vast majority of the stuff inside the a4 bag), I was relooking at the stack of paper. (I already looked through them when I was taking them out, they are really outdated worksheets).

I relooked at the stack of notes I made in form 3. The whole stack of paper was blue. With my handwritten annotations and notes. I was proud that I shared the digital version for other students. But I have an updated thought that maybe doing past papers were more useful for them, instead of just notes. But undeniably, notes were the first step/ entrance to obtaining the core knowledge so that you can do the past papers for more effective studying. So notes were still useful in that sense.

Later, I told my mum to clean up & wash the socks and dresses for me. She told me to leave these stuff for her, she'll deal with it later. During (breaks in) cooking, she walked out of her kitchen to share about her younger inexperienced self redeeming all 20 tickets for 煎餅 at one time instead of going for 4 包子 + some medical pills she required (seemed diabetes mellitus). Meanwhile I wondered that is also too much to eat for one meal, and I felt shocked, why she ate so much when she was already having DM/ & probably obese. She wasn't aware she was sick?? _{(she wasn't diagnosed with anything irl so far)}
