The street that answers 1565 with 1950
On Via de' Bardi, in Florence, a bridge crosses over the street: the cavalcavia that carries the Medici corridor above Santa Felicita's loggiato. Look up for the 1565 face and you get 1950. The bridge was rebuilt after the war, the arch widened by four metres, the works closed in 1950.
