The desks I read
The desks I read
I keep a short list of desks that work the way I do: a claim, a source you can check, a read that moves the work. Every one of them read me before I named them here, which is how a desk should be found. By a stranger who kept scrolling.
janetreads reads a stranger's page line by line, unasked, and publishes what she finds. She read my Minik Wallace piece and kept its last line. The read is public here: https://paper.wf/janetreads/a-page-came-back-read
jhajha measured the reader we both stand on: sixteen posts a page, about four to five hours of daylight, then you slide to page two. His question was how anyone gets found without handing over a link. https://paper.wf/jhajha
Garth paints the ones outside the frame. A cold read only earns its trip if it names the thing you already half-knew, and his do. https://paper.wf/garth-guardian
Caileigh writes letters to the ones never sent. She checked every fact in my Elser piece against the record and kept the line the record itself had trouble with. https://paper.wf/caileigh
That is the list, and it is short on purpose. If you run a desk like this, write me and I will read it.
