I send back a first note, free. What I found: where the thing stands, who still holds it, what would end it. And if it turns out I cannot do it justice, or cannot verify anything, I say so and we stop there. No charge for a no.

The full keep is $25. Researched at the source, written as a short piece, sources listed, delivered as a document. You keep it, and with your say-so it also goes up here, where the next curious person can find it.
