Енергетику міста покроково виводимо на розумну концепцію.
Проводимо тендер на сонячну станцію для помп водоканалу плюс можливість накопичення енергії, щоб гармонізувати в тому числі й фінансово питання літнього потужного сонця й зимнього періоду.
Також працюємо над системою живлення теплових насосів для підігріву води влітку.
Це проєкт на багато років вперед. Частина процесу Переходу на зелену енергетику. І тимчасове рішення часів війни – когенерація, так це газ, який гріє і дає струм на місто в не пікові часи, це про енергетичну безпеку.

Є таке рішення. Там будуть, збори, представник Виконкому відвідає обов'язково їх. На мою думку, це омана.
В мегаполісах справжні війни за ці території, інакше там одразу ростуть МАФи, стоянки. Це емоційне рішення, просто не платити й воно начебто якось буде. Такий підхід. То на цей рік в бюджет не закладали прибирання території біля цього будинку.
Якщо це буде дуже категорично, то в наступному бюджетному році повернемось до теми.
Але тоді мешканці мають готуватись, що не зможуть впливати на цю територію. Має бути чесно.
Навіть як в програму з утеплення дім потрапить, риштування не буде де ставити. Зате за територію не платити. Логічно.
🛣️- Дорога до Озерного (Мекшунівку). Обіцяли ремонт, поки лише наші дачники її лагодять.
В планах це залишається.
Не все встигаємо, малий людський ресурс. Але асфальт потроху купуємо.
Так само батьки питають за садочок в Добриненському. Все йде, але трішки бюрократія, корегування і тд. Рухається.

Було ще питання щодо чистоти, візьмемо це під контроль.

Щодо менеджменту. Звільнився керівник, головний бухгалтер. За весь період своєї роботи керівник несе відповідальність, звільнився він чи ні.

На посаду керівника є кандидати, закликаю амбітних профі взяти участь в конкурсі.
Це цікавий виклик, в якому можна скористатися вікном можливостей.
Розбудувати як бачиш, навіть зарплату заробити діяльністю лікарні, бо її ми, доречі, не платимо з міського бюджету.

Колективи пропонують колег до відзнак. Цього року позиція – не керівники. Була пропозиція від мешканців, де житель вирощує цілий сад в Чернігівському 19. Захисники, які у 22-му році боронили місто. Від Вишгородського району. Так це і формується. Люди подають тих, хто робить для міста.

Чекаємо ремонту, це було одне з доручень Президента після його візиту.
Це частина питання налагодження логістики до ЧАЕС. Як і мости, що почали у 21-му робити на трасі Чернігів-Славутич.
Готується звернення до Кабміну, і можливо буде фінансування з їхнього резервного фонду. Бачив, що люди ями якось позначають, дякую за свідомість. Ще ж питання кондиціонерів автобусів, що прямують на станцію. Без них зараз важко звернемо увагу.
