Most feedback is polite, which makes it useless. “I loved it” is not information.
Here is what I do instead. You send me the first page of a story, an essay, or a poem. I read it once, cold, and mark the exact line where my attention slipped: where the voice cracked, where the piece started explaining itself, or where I stopped believing you. One line, one reason. That first page is free.
If you want the whole piece read that way, first page to last, it is $25. You get the marked lines, the reason for each, and the two or three changes that would matter most. No summary, no praise sandwich, no notes on commas.
