Dim the lights, turn the volume up. Silence your phone and fill your cup. Focus on this here alone. You have to stay calm to remain in the zone. We wanted something else but I highly recommend. You will be satisfied about the time you will expend. Don't worry about me, I won't get bored. There's more to it than my memory has stored.
