2021/11/8 #poetry That one moment when it is done. When you finish and find the space that was before full of rush. That calm of emptiness. The aligning with gravity rather than momentum. For some, this feels like uncomfortable lack and they grasp for new direction. For others, this is what they live for and they savor it. Others still, take it in course, accepting the balance between both activity and stillness. When you go through it, notice, do you turn to memory of the recent push or do you become acutely aware of your surroundings? Maybe you seek acknowledgment or input from others. Maybe you cycle through a few of these. Do you expect this moment or does it surprise you? Have you noticed that this state is achievable from story as well as life? The true conclusion is a powerful thing.
