2022/2/7 I've learned that in any activity, including this, that if you don't start with a direction you'll end up somewhere unknown. Simple, yes, but easy to forget when about to begin. Unknown can be good, it can surprise. More often though, unknown is a dead end, or at least only a short way along a route that will be abandoned for being too long. With a direction in mind, unknown can still be where you find yourself, but you will know that you aren't done and which direction to go. Unless it inspired you to change direction, in which case you'd have a new one. That is the other danger. If you aren't careful, even having started with a direction, you can end up going in circles if you don't stick to it. Sometimes it is good to change course, but be sure that it is before you do.
