mock CCT after exam
In the dream, I just finished CCT and I was overjoyed and celebrating with our group, when Monica yelled next CCT is in 2 weeks (next Friday), and I was like oh no again
Then our group went to a hotel, where we are having bedside and mock CCT. As soon as I entered the room, I realised I haven't cut my nails and I was slightly unhappy. I was the first one doing again, so the rest of the group went to another room a floor above us to wait for their turn.
There was a (surrogate?) patient lying on the bed, with a doctor beside. I was asked to do an abdominal PE on the patient. I skipped inspection as the doctor told me no need. Then I palpated the 9 quadrants, just as I was beginning to palpate and percuss for the liver, the doctor told me to skip and proceed to another part,,, which is ultrasound!
She/ He turned on an ultrasound machine and told me to hold the probe, and I needed to localise the organs and any abnormality. And I found quite a few (liver, kidney.. and heart which was an incidental finding) cuz the ultrasound machine would beep louder when it encountered something weird. Then I was asked what anatomical location was one of the beeps and I answered renal artery. The doctor seemed pleased with my responses and how I generally performed so she/ he told me to leave and find the next guy for the exam. I asked and confirmed to find Brian.
I went downstairs to find a lift going up to the waiting room (actually when I was waiting for the lift I found it quite dumb but the lift arrived as I was thinking so I rode the lift) I found Aiden while I was searching for the waiting room and he went down together with me to search for the exam room, as I didn't mark the room number as I was leaving.
