  6. Humanist I used to identify as atheist, but why define myself by what I am not? I came to realize that I am a humanist. I became a Spiritual Humanist minister in order to officiate the weddings of friends. Many who do such things would say that they found some “phony online church” to ordain them, but I am a spiritual humanist. It's not phony to me at all. I would like to do more to promote humanist spirituality among the unaffiliated, the disaffected, even the believers of other faiths who are looking for universal connection. Humanism is an overlay, appropriate for anyone. After many years of “Untitled” paintings, now whenever I am stuck to produce a title I often use “Humanism” in various permutations. I use my own spelling “Human Is Some” (humanissome) for many web addresses:
