It is certainly difficult to read books about pornography.

I would advise to not binge read them. I highly doubt it is possible for normal people.

Take Breaks.

Watch your favorite shows, comedies, etc.

Start a new book then.

Getting Off: Pornography and the End of Masculinity by Robert Jensen

Women Hating by Andrea Dworkin – Read 2/3 of the book. The last part of the book should be ripped out in my opinion.

Pornography: Men Possessing Women by Andrea Dworkin – I couldn’t complete it I think. I maybe able to but right now, nope.

Someone said Catherine MacKinnon is even more badass than Dworkin but I have no idea. Book
